Delish Bakes was born in my kitchen — and in my heart.

It began with my Nana, lovingly known as “Ladybug.” Her mandel bread was a family staple — carefully made, generously shared, and always the first thing to disappear from the counter. Baking her recipe for years taught me that dessert is more than something sweet. It is comfort. It is connection. It is memory.

What started as honoring her tradition evolved into something larger. Encouraged by family and friends who insisted, “You have to sell these,” I began sharing my baking beyond my own kitchen.

I’m Irene — a Studio City baker with a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship, and desserts that feel as special as they taste.

Today, Delish Bakes offers small-batch brownies, blondies, cookies, and mandel bread — each made from scratch with intention and balance. The brownies and blondies are crafted for contrast: deeply fudgy centers with perfectly chewy edges. And yes, every piece is designed with four edges — because texture should never be an afterthought.
